Intrusive thoughts
I have been suffering from anxiety disorder since last year. My thoughts gets change after a certain period of time. Recently i am getting intrusive thoughts like harming others or i will go crazy and voilent. have an urge to jump from roof top when i go on roof or balcony.when i try to stop those thoughts it gets more deeper.Does it indicates something serious? Now i am wondering that will i ever act on these thoughts? Or are they common in anxiety disorder?

Well, it is good time to address to your problems.
