Intrasubstance tear is found in ACL,PCL
During doing squat i felt some pain in knee and then i stopped gym. I can walk and almost doing all the work in my daily life but sometime after long sitting i feel pain. After MRI i got some info regarding acl injury. Need suggestion that i need to go under surgery or the problem appeared in MRI are curable without surgery. It would be great help. Image of MRI report is attached. Please suggest what i need to do next and to whom i need to consult.

Stop gym. & any other srvere exercises for knees and ankles. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. Though mri is showing bi ligament injuries, your description of of your routine does not corroborate with this. I need to examine your knee for signs of ligament insufficiency. If positive then reconstruction would be required, else I l put you in physio regimen.
