Intramural fibroid measuring 13x10x9mm
Hello doctor, I did a pelvic scan ultrasound for PCOS but there is no PCOS. Ovaries are normal size. However, I am diagnosed with right sided intramural fibroid measuring 13x10x9mm. I am trying for pregnancy. Will it cause any serious problems or need any treatment before planning a baby. Have attached my full report. Please advise.

It is too small. If ultrasound scan was not there, nobody would have been able to diagnose it.
