Hi ,
It is a small fibroid.
If asymptomatic ( no heavy vaginal bleeding/ dysmenorrhoea/ pain in lower abdomen) , it will need only monitoring with USG quarterly or half yearly , surgery would be Indicated only in symptomatic cases or rapidly growing fibroid.
Medicine may not help .
