I am having intolerable pain due to periods since 3-4 days along with heavy flow.Please suggest any medicine for it.

Do you always have heavy periods? If so, please get a Sonography done. There may be some abnormalities of the uterus.

Get investigated , meanwhile take mefenamic acid + pan40+ lytic k plus
