I'm suffering from Internal sphincter abscess and fissure in anal area for 3 weeks..no boil has formed over the skin only a small bump is there under the skin...no pus ,blood or discharge is there up till now with stool..doctor has given oflaxacin 200 twice daily for 7 days..can I take hepar sulphur 200 along with antibiotics to remove abscess ...
