Well , intermittent fasting is done to decrease body weight and it has nothing to do with growth harmone levels . These are natural harmones and are secreted by your own body . Offcourse you can have water in intermittent fasting.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Yes, you can drink water during intermittent fasting. In fact, it's encouraged to stay hydrated while fasting. Water has no calories and won't significantly impact your fasting state. It can help you stay hydrated, reduce feelings of hunger, and support your overall health. Most forms of intermittent fasting, such as the 16/8 method (fasting for 16 hours and eating during an 8-hour window), allow for water consumption. You can also consume other non-caloric beverages like herbal tea or black coffee in moderation, but be cautious with adding sugar, cream, or milk to your beverages, as these may contain calories that can break your fast. Drinking water is a healthy practice during intermittent fasting, and it won't interfere with your goal of increasing growth hormone levels through this fasting method.
