Fast heart rate and thyroid
I am taking thyronorm 25mg for hypothyroidism (tsh-6.5) for past 6 months. I am getting faster heart beat for past 3 months and swaying like sensation. So I took thyroid test one month before and my ts.h is now 2.5 but the faster heart beat is not subsiding. I hear my own heart beat and pulsation at back of my head and back neck. Now my doctor told me to increase the dosage as 50mg. I didn't start to take.Is it safe to increase? My symptoms are not going. Please advise.

First of all get an ECG done whenever you have palpitations.. Get a CBC done.. If these are normal.. we can evaluate further.. About thyronorm it 25 mcg not mg.. micrograms not milligrams.. watch your doses..  You can continue 25 mcg.. n get a proper consultation..
