Hi, Any behavioral/mental changes, has a reason. It can be due to an emotional situation or a traumatic event. Your experience in life can influence your mind to think or behave differently. Your mind itself get judgement about the experience,so you need to understand and control it. You need to consult with a psychologist/therapist to know the irrational thoughts in your subconscious mind, and how to get rid of all these thoughts. As it's long time, you may need medical intervention along with therapy consistently... Please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible. Please de take care.
