Abdominal pain and back pain could  also  be due to kidney stones. Consult  orthopedician and also a surgeon

Hello there.

I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-spas twice a day after food and tab. Rantac-d twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
If the issue still persists, then consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.

Hello. Intense back pain along with lower abdominal pain may be due to kidney or ureter stones. Take tablet DROTIN-A to reduce pain. Do a urgent USG  of Whole Abdomen and Urine routine examination. Hope this helps.
Health Tips
Take plenty of water orally. It will help.
