Insufficient vitamin d level
Hi , my vitamin d is insufficient ie around 73..it is showing as insufficient in blood test report...I have some gut issue and oral supplement is not that impacted in my case.. plus I'm hectic schedule I tend to forget to take it weekly or monthly ..can I go for vitamin d injection Arachitol 3L injection..can it lead to vitamin d toxicity..if my current vitamin d level is around 73 in blood test that comes insufficient category..with this vitamin d level,can I go for arachitol 3L injection
