Hello practo user
I can understand the difficult situation that you are facing right now. It seems that there is some negative event in your life which can be contributing to these symptoms.Try and practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis to help you calm your thoughts. Try and practice sleep hygiene which includes -- limiting your phone usage at night , avoid heavy meals or caffeine , try and take a warm shower at night , take warm relaxing tea before bed , try and talk to close family members or friends on a regular basis. Join a hobby or intrest class to keep yourself occupied. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
