Definitely you are desparate to get a good sleep. If it's primary insomnia plz take altonil 5 mg daily 30 min before sleep
There must b a cause leading to sleep disturbances or as per ur other symptoms it appears u r having depression also. More info is reqd before any conclusion can b made
