You need to adapt and change your sleeping pattern accordingly if you cant leave the job. To form a habit it takes atleast 11 to 21 days Sleep at the same time for next 2-3 weeks.. Dnt take mid day naps.. you can do head oil massage to help you fall a sleep, taking hot water bath.. following sleep hygiene, creating sleep environment ( complete dark room.. etc ) all can help u to form a sleep pattern But you should repeat whatever is helping you daily for few weeks..to see the effect. Also take care of nutrition and water intake
