Unable to sleep at night
I work in the night shift from 5pm to 2am. When I come home and try to sleep, I'm just not able to sleep. I have racing thoughts and keep waking up. I'm awake all night. This lack of sleep causes extreme sleepiness after lunch which is at 12pm. I sleep for 3-4 hours then wake up feeling groggy and get ready to go to work. Do I have insomnia? What is the condition I have? Can this be cured? I really need help. Please advise what to do.
