based on your description and the attached photos, it's possible that the swelling you're experiencing could be related to an irritation or trauma caused by biting the inner cheek. This can sometimes lead to localized swelling and discomfort. However, it's important to keep in mind that only a dental professional can provide you with an accurate diagnosis after a proper examination. Since you've experienced this swelling twice within a short period of time, it might be a good idea to schedule an appointment with a dentist for a thorough evaluation. They can assess the condition, take a detailed history, and determine the most appropriate course of action. If the swelling is causing you discomfort or concern, I recommend reaching out to a dentist as soon as possible for a professional assessment and guidance. They can provide you with personalized advice and recommendations based on your specific situation.

It seems normal nothing to worry just for clarity go for X-ray of that area or OPG.

Hi hope you are doing good. 1) Just check with your dentist if your wisdom tooth is growing towards cheek so that your cheek might get caught between teeth 2) Also check whether you have any sharp cusp in your tooth. In such cases procedure called enameloplasty would help. 3) Either way check your dentist for detailed diagnosis and management.
Next Steps
Make an appointment with your dentist.
Health Tips
Don't do self medication in any form to alleviate pain.

As such there doesn’t seem to be a cause of concern for the swelling. But I can see cusps impression on your cheek on the affected side. Buccal cusps of 36&37 and 26&27 need rounding off by selective grinding. Apart from this get an Xray done for 37-38 region to rule out impacted wisdom wing might be leading to swelling in this area. But you must get yourself examined by a qualified dentist who can actually evaluate and tell you the exact problem.
