Hello sir, good to see a detailed question. Alright, according to your description of symptoms, it clearly suggests that you are suffering from a torn ligament. Will not be seen in an xray. There are 3 grades of ligament injury, in your case, its already a month so i suspect it to be a grade 2 or higher level injury, because grade 1 injury usually heals within 4 weeks. Well, nothing to worry, this is one of the most common type of injury observed in active people, and also it is conservatively manageable. All you need to do is, visit a physiotherapist as soon as possible, take some sessions of ultrasound to relieve pain, apply ice 3-4 times a day to reduce
swelling, wear ankle brace for 3 weeks while active and weight bearing activities. You should be fine within 3 weeks doing these things. Feel free to ask for more help if needed. Thank you.
Hai it a ligament Injury or sprain depend on the level of lesion follow RICE rest then keep ice fermentation over the affected part compression bandage to be done by a Physio and elevate the limb while sleeping and while walking u should not bear weight on the injured leg it may take a few days to heel
