as i am seeing that you are having cavity in your left first molar,
if you do not have pain then there is no need for root canal treatment.
for future concern you have to just go for the removal of caries and continued by filling.
for more protection you can go for capping
The upper right first tooth has been severely decayed. The cavity has almost reached the innermost portion of the tooth that is the pulp. Ideal treatment would be root canal in which the pulp would be cleaned off infection and a suitable material would be filled in. This is followed by placement of cap which will serve as a protective covering over the treated tooth as well as give it a natural look.
Next Steps
kindly visit a dental surgeon for detailed checkup.
Health Tips
1.Do not delay the appointment because if the cavity increases some more it'll be difficult to save the tooth.
2. Kindly do not self medicate
Hello. The lower left tooth seems to have a deep cavity. From this OPG it appears to have affected the innermost chamber of the tooth that contains the nerves and blood vessels. Once you visit a Dentist, the decayed portion of the tooth would be cleaned and checked if the cavity has reached the pulp chamber.
If it has, then an RCT is a must.
Next Steps
Visit a Dentist as soon as possible
