I had pain in my right jaw and took medicine from doctor moxikind cv metrogyl zerodol sp now after one month of that I am having issues in my left jaw also. When I went to the doctor he told me it's first stage of pyorreha. So help me with this. What all precautions I need to take ? Or what all should avoid ? Tell me about the initial stage of pyorreha. I am brushing twice a day plus using Listerine mouth wash twice a day, but I smoke twice a day maximum. Please help me as my teeth have also become yellow.

Put up a clinical picture.
Warm water salt gargle repeatedly and regularly.
Brushing with correct technique twice a day after meal. Soft bristled brush with gentle pressure while brushing.
Mouthwash to be used once in every 2 days. After food. Brush after 20 minutes followed by that.
Pinch of salt in luke warm water will help to some extent. First stop smoking. Smoking will dehydrate ur mouth.. this dryness is a favourable environment for bacterial growth.. so stop that nd use salt water gargling
