Hello there! There is no way to stop a cavity if it has already started since bacteria in the cavities are fed with the food we take. Removing the decayed part and filling it up with a suitable material is the only way to stop its progression. There are preventive fillings to prevent cavity formation in vulnerable areas. So get your cavities filled up and maintain good oral hygiene to prevent new cavities.
