Inflammation in 1 testicles (no pain)
I can feel that 1 of my testicles have swollen.. This is nothing new as that was the case with me from when i was a teenager (now i am 24) and there has never been any pain and there has never been any serious accident concerning that area in my life.. But now 1 of them has swollen a lot in comparison to other and it's worrying me.. Request you to please tell me on what it could possibly be? Should i be worried about cancer or something? What kind of doctor should i consult if there is a need for checking?

It's mostly a hydrocele.. Gets a ultrasound scan done. Nothing to worry, but would need a minor surgery to correct it.
