Infection from root or by side
I am attaching xray.i started 3 days antibiotic course.but i am confused this infection from the root or side. Please advise.

There is marked reinfection visible in the X-ray , it’s better if you go for re treatment of that tooth.

Hello, there is microleakage through cap
That's why reinfection occured in the tooth near root apex. Prognosis is poor, get a consultation done from your nearby dentist.

Hello ,
The infection is from the root area , advised to remove the cap and try for Re - RCT and should check for prognosis , if the prognosis is poor , then extraction of the tooth should be done and replaced by implant .
Next Steps
Should visit the nearest dental clinic and check for tooth evaluation .

There is infection in the root area of the tooth. Advise you to remove the existing cap and evaluate the existing tooth structure and then decide further management of tooth.

Hello.
1)Yes it's from root.
2)The surrounding tooth structure is also compromised
Once cap can be removed and can be checked
3)You can try Re-rct if tooth is sound other wise extraction follwed by implants would be treatment option.
