Antibiotics after a root canal?
I had a root canal done yesterday in the morning in one of the bottom molars. The procedure went well, barely any pain. the root did have a little bit of infection near the base of root. The root was dead and dentist applied anti-infection fluid in the teeth and held it there for a few mins. Do i need Antibiotics or should i be ok?

If your tooth is painless and your dentist has not subscribed any antibiotics , then you don't need them , if you feel slight pain or tenderness you can take antibiotics course for3 days ..
