Hello, do breast milk become sour in breasts if left inside breasts for 6to8hrs..?
As elder ppl say, it becomes sour in breasts if not feed bby for more time. Is it true?

Bcz of not letting milk outside....your breasts will be tender and painful.. milk will not be sour and there will be no change in tast.and content of milk. Bcz of breast engorgement...your breast will be prone for infection and abscess development

No.But if beastnilk left for more time can lead to breast engorgement,causing difficulty to baby in feeding and pain to mother

No. If the milk production is more, you can express and store in refrigerator and reuse it for the baby to prevent engorgement and infection.
