You need to change your dietary habits and lifestyle modifications. Add more curd and fibrous food to reduce your gut irritation.

Passing stools soon after meals with frequent bowel movements (3–4 times/day) can occur due to gastrocolic reflex exaggeration, irritable bowel tendency, mild intestinal infection, or indigestion-related gut sensitivity. If the stools are not watery, there is no blood, fever, or weight loss, it is often related to functional bowel disturbance or diet-related irritation rather than a serious disease.
Next Steps
• You may try a short course of a probiotic such as Saccharomyces boulardii or Lactobacillus for 5–7 days, which can help regulate gut flora. • For indigestion and bloating, medicines like Pantoprazole before breakfast for a few days may help. • Maintain adequate hydration, especially if stools are loose. • If symptoms persist beyond 1–2 weeks, tests like stool examination, CBC, and possibly evaluation for IBS or food intolerance may be required.
Health Tips
• Avoid very oily, spicy foods, excess tea/coffee, and heavy meals. • Eat smaller, frequent meals instead of large meals. • Include fiber gradually through fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. • Reduce stress and irregular eating habits, which can trigger bowel urgency after meals. • Observe whether certain foods like milk, fried foods, or wheat worsen your symptoms. If the symptoms continue or you notice weight loss, abdominal pain, or blood in stools, it would be important to evaluate further—feel free to book an online consultation so we can review your symptoms in detail and guide you with the appropriate treatment plan.
