Since you have identified your issue constipation and indigestion will deal with only that. Indigestion and constipation happens due to irregular eating habits in terms of the timing and the quantity and quality of the food.
Next Steps
Having meals on time early and light dinner and also having home made food avoiding junk and outside food may help. Water should be consumed around 2.5-3 liters. Lack of water can cause headache and jaw pain due to low Blood pressure.
Health Tips
Please record BP and also follow the above things. Sleeping at the right time and not remaining awake for a long time will also help in digestion and proper evacuation
