My hunger is gradually increasing as a result I am eating more food including multiple snacks a day which inturn increases my weight more. how do I address increasing hunger and weight.

Have you checked you sugar levels? Please ensure you are snacking in healthy foods such as fruits, veg salads, nuts, curd, buttermilk, tender coconut water etc. Remember, all the extra calories which are unused will eventually get converted to fat which is very difficult to burn. Hence train your stomach to eat limited portions and drink a lot of water.
Add small and frequent meals that are rich in HDL and protein that make you the feeling of full and can control your cravings and result in slow down your munching curiosity...
