Hello Want to see blood test report . But if CRP elevated than most likely it's infectious..need to start antibiotics. And urine routine and microscopy investigation also recommended. Thanks.

Teething doesn't cause fever. Can you share the CBC and CRP report. Sometimes raised WBC is normal in children. But a raised CRP usually isn't. How high is it? Does the child have a cold and runny nose? Do they have a cough? Do they cry when passing urine?

It is suggestive of bacterial infection. Will need antibiotics treatment.
