My baby boy 1 yr old having pinworms ,he refused to take food.i already give him noworm medicine but it's no effect.what to.do

How do you know that pinworms have you seen passing or someone remarked.
One dose of medication is insufficient as they get reinfected or the eggs will be hatching.
Repeat the dose with proper consultation.
