  4. Bronchitis in my 1 yr old Baby Girl. Do?

Bronchitis in my 1 yr old Baby Girl
Doc. Just wanna ask my 1 yr old baby girl was diagnosed having a bronchitis. She was advice to take Clarithromycin Suspension 2.3 mg 2x a day and Asmalin Broncho 2.5mg 3x a day But its been 3 days now, still there is no improvement in her cough. What should i do?
