According to your report you are suffering from hypernatremia .
Reason - Hypernatraemia most often occurs in people who don't drink enough water.
Cause- sweating, fever,
Tachycardia, Central or Nephrogenic insipidus ,
Diarrhoea , vomiting,
Fistula,
Any burn,
Loop diuretic ,
Osmotic diuretic and
Any infusion of saline fluid.
This is usually because of impaired thirst or mental judgement.
Examples include someone with dementia or an infant who has limited access to fluids.
