Increased resistance in right uterine
Hi, I'm 33years old with second pregnancy and in 36th week. Attached growth scan report In report they mentioned below two lines.. Wanted to understand what is it and is it harmful? 1.increased resistance forward diastolic flow seen in left uterine artery 2. Early left utero- placental insufficiency Please help me.

This is indicative of deficiency of blood flow in the uterine artery That's a vessel supplying blood flow to uterus Make sure u count daily fetal movement count Repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks Rest in left lateral position

As long as umbilical artery Doppler is normal, don't worry. Follow up with your gynecologist

Since its 36 weeks , weight of baby is good . Weekly doppler is advised . Show ur local doctor . Since the baby is good weight , an early intervention may be helpful
