I have done kidney panel test and in result following is found
Urea 12.02 range 17-43
Urea nitrogen blood 5.62
Uric acid. 6.63
HbA1C 8.8
Glucose fasting. 221
I am suffering from gout in both feet.
Kindly guide decrease in urea is of concern and further treatment.

A decrease in urea can be treated with a high protein diet.however take plant proteins low in purines as you have gout.
You hba1c is quite high and needs to be brought down.controlling your sugar levels will also help you with gout.

Tab Diamicron XR 60 mg 1 time per day for 1 week after food for blood sugar and measure again after 1 week then tell me.
Tab Febuxstat 40 mg 1 time per day for 1 week after food for uric acid and also
drink 4-5 litre water per day.
For urea and nitrogen you should take protein containing food in the diet and measure again after food .
