Increase in height
Actually I think my height stops growing at an early age of 15-16 years, due to poor life style and around that age I also starts excessive masturbation ( still doing it, trying to get rid of it) which I think leads to weaken the body.
So, if I improve myself, having proper nutrition, exercise....Is it possible to increase the height ??
Also my brother has an height of 176 cms.
My age is 24 years and height of 168 cms.

Height can only increase till the bone epiphyses are not fused.
