Use a cervical collar while driving 2 wheeler If possible avoid travelling Scapular excersices and neck range of motion excersices will help you. But please visit a good physiotherapist to learn them ask for scapular excersices with Theraband Neck isometric

If you can avoid riding two wheeler for few weeks, please do that, minimize forward neck bending and go see a PT who has a good understanding of posture.
