Increase height.
Hello,my height is 5' 4" only.I want to increase my height for some inches more.my mother's height is 5' 2" inch and my father's height is 5' 8".
Please suggest any solution so that I can increse my height upto some inches more.

Please remember that growth in a human being stops by 18 yrs.So stop thinking about your.height and think about how to be healthy.Beauty does not lie in the appearance or height its the inner consciencethats matter.So at your agr aim high for a better and healthy future.
Do regular exercise and eat in time.Eat lots of vegetable salads and fruits. Have 2-3 nuts per day.Have a high protein,fibre and low fat and carbohydrate diet Avoid junk foods.
