Increased urination
I'm 32 M, Have hypertension take telmisartan 40 plus clindipine 10 I had a full body blood and urine test 11 days ago, My HBA1c returned 5.2 and FBS 103, I've been in state of great anxiety and panic since then, I have been following  diet for long and don't eat anything of concern very light and healthy, After this test I've seen my urine has increased, I've to go for urine frequently, I'm really worried, As soon I drink water I have to go to urinate within half an hour, And I've been feeling increased thrist as well, My anxiety is  alarming at this moment, What could be the reason for increased urination, I'm really worried, is it cause of sugar, Or some UTI. Please help

as u are young and hypertensive. I will advise u to work up for cause of hypertension. it may be pheochromocytomas. consult with endocrinologist.

Hello I read ur complaints As per ur tests hba1c and fbs is in normal range May i know ur level of water consumption daily?? For u height and weight max of 4Litres is enough If u r consuming more than daily requirements it may cause frequent urination due to weather changes nowadays And may i know are u taking any supplements like creatine or have joined gym

If u have backpain and fever along with this frequenct urination i would suggest u to get usg abdomen and pelvis scan done Get ur pulse rate and bp get checked once
