After doing lots of workout daily 2 hrs of cardio and 2 hrs of strength training and a healthy protein diet with quinoa millets and egg chicken salad curd but still my weight is increasing although doctr has suggested ishape (orlistat capsule 60 mg ) but this is also not helping me anywhere can anyone help me to deal with this problem

Do not take orlistat, it has its own side effects
Secondly when you are already doing gym no need for medications.
