My weight is increasing
After doing lots of workout daily 2 hrs of cardio and 2 hrs of strength training and a healthy protein diet with quinoa millets and egg chicken salad curd but still my weight is increasing although doctr has suggested ishape (orlistat capsule 60 mg ) but this is also not helping me anywhere can anyone help me to deal with this problem

Weight gain with exercise and protein intake is due to Muscle mass building up. That is healthy weight gain. Do not take orlistat, it has its own side effects Secondly when you are already doing gym no need for medications. What is your current weigh and what is your sugar and oil intake.
