Impulsive Anger
I feel angry very impulsively in an argument when it seems that things don't seem to go my way.. Most of the time my argument with my wife turns into anger reaction, while she doesn't listen and just continue to counter argue anything and everything I feel bad after reacting, but she doesn't feel anything.. Most of the time, I feel lost completely absent and thinking about something negative anyone has said to me and start feeling heavy at heart and head Is this sign of depression. I feel difficulty in sleeping if I think too much

Hello, Thanks for the query. These are the symptom s of irritability ,could be due to an acute stressor ,or depressive episode.Think ,how did it start with ,if its worsening of late and what are the things you are preoccupied with ?This will help you to get relieved of the symptoms ,to some extent .If this doesn't help ,fix up an appointment with a psychiatrist for a comfortable interview.you would feel better ,after a short course of medications and behaviour therapy
