Definitely you can take Homoeopathy
There is no harm in taking both the medicines together
Both have different mode of action and so they don’t interfere in each other
Homoeopathic medicines will boos immunity is a simplified way of making common people understand how it works. Immune modulation ( making immunity adapt to your needs) would be the more appropriate way to express it. So it can be helpful if given together and it may be possible to gradually taper the use of immunosuppressants. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private with details of the condition.
Initially you need to take allopathy medication also after starting homeopathy treatment...as the homeopathy dosage increases you need to lower the allopathy dosage in a systematic way by the advice of physician only.
Next Steps

If you are on immunosuppressive drugs it show that you have a severe Crohn's disease which need to be corrected. I would suggest you to continue with these drugs and once severity of disease gets reduced than start for homeopathic treatment. Meanwhile you can opt for a proper nutritionist consultation from practo Or some other platforms to help you to have speedy recovery.
