Hello Doc, my mother has getting recovery from oxigen level 72 to 96 in 7 days, after taking steroids Dexamethasone for 8 days 3mg and then after tapper down slowly, My qus is how much time to getting immunity back And which food and diet plan is good to go for my mother's immunity Thank you

For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Include more of fluids. Encourage for Moringa Soup / Drumsticks soup. Rassam with dals. Avoid simple carbohydrates like sugar and ready to eat item. Sattu Ragi Millets can be taken.
