My wife is suffering from immense calf & back pain since last 1 year. This pain increases on walking. We consulted several doctors but the pain still persists. MRI Spine was normal and Doppler showed reduced blood flow in lower leg. CT venography didn't reveal anything. Can anybody suggest the way forward.

Back pain with calf muscle pain could be due to circulatory problems like peripheral artery disease, but it can also be caused by spine conditions.
Her symptoms point towards spinal stenosis which typically presents as back pain and calf muscle pain aggravated by walking, and relieved by rest.
You can upload the results of MRI spine and other results .
Symptoms need to be reviewed in lieu of any other disease like diabetes, hypertension etc.any reason cited last year for reduced blood flow?
A diagnosis of peripheral arterial disease may have been made.if so,please visit a medicine specialist at a hospital for a repeat doppler .screening for cardiac health should be done
