What are the ideal time of brushing during braces?
Is there something acidic in traditional bengali food like cooked rice, fish curry,dal,etc.? Because I want to brush immediately after meal.
Please help!

It is recommended to brush at least two times. One in morning and other before going to bed in night.but if you can able to brush after every food then is most advicible.
