  4. IBS problem. And sometimes constipation!

I am 25 years male suffering from ibs from last 9 years; have to go to toilet multiple times and after eating ;i have taken various medicines but no proper cure found ;relief is short lived ;iam working in it company have night shifts and have to eat outside ;sometimes diarrohea occurs and sometimes constipation
