Ibs and fasting
I have suffering from ibs from last few years can I do shivaratri fasting(without food and water) till evening?is fasting going to worsen my condition?am in confusion please help..if not fasting can I do only fruit fasting?

I suggest you don't fast. Even fasting may trigger symptoms of IBS. Better to follow your schedule.

Hi dear, for IBS are you on any medications as of now? Eating something heavy n then fasting should be ok.

Fasting will not worsen your condition, don't worry. Have a lot of fruits on breaking your fast.
