I want to make my body in proper shape.But i want to know how to now that our body in shape?. Also want to know what diet should I follow?. Can you please help me?.

Hello Practo user, Have a balanced diet  and exercise regularly for that perfect body.. Do stretching exercises and weight training for toning your body. Have high protein diet,  avoid sugary food,  oily food

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
