I want to lose my weight. after my marrige within a year suddenly my belly fat started increasing and it is now like i m 2 to 3 month
pregnant. also my hips and body size got increased... my food habit is alsonot that good.. i hav started diet by having sprouts morning n evening but that is also not proper i mean if i feel iwant eat foid i ate... i want your sulport in this... request your suggestion... cozthis is the only time when i can rexuce my weight n reshape my body again after pregnancy i wont b able to do that.also want to tell you that m not planning to be pregnant now in this year.
