I want to loose belly weight as I want to opt modelling as a carrer I have started doing crunches and I lost 2 kg in jst 2 weeks but when I don't continue with the same I feel my belly again regains the same shape but the weight is constant

What is your height and weight. For belly fat reduction diet work 80% and exercise 20%. U need to have healthy diet I can help with tummy fat loss and inch loss also

Hi there. To reduce belly fat and get that dream flat tummy you need to follow healthy diet and regular workouts. Have more proteins less carbohydrates and fats. Have green tea, lemon juice, peppermint tea. Have diet rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables. Keep yourself well hydrated by having more fluids. Continue dng crunches,leg raising with brisk walking/ jogging. Never stop workout as you will gain weight and belly fat back as fat starts accumulating again..
