hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get an x-ray done of that tooth. if there is infection to the roots of the tooth, it needs to be treated. then you can go for composite or ceramic veneers or crowns.

Get orthodontic braces done to correct your teeth aligned. For the fractured tooth, get RCT done followed by a good zirconia cap. Hope this helps
