I want help to quit smoking cigarettes
Hello..
I'm smoking from last 5 years... And I'm willing to quit smoking but I'm not able too...
Hence I feel like I should take some doctor's help...
I'm smoking 4-5 cigarettes per day... Sometimes 10 per day recently from 3 months...
But for 1st 2-3 years I used to smoke just 2-3 cigarettes per day...but now its increasing and I'm also having some issues with throat... It pains in between...please help me.. I'm from pune.
